Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
